About Diana Seavey

Hello and welcome! With over 20 years of experience serving Southeast Tennessee and Northwest Georgia, I’ve had the privilege of helping families make informed decisions and achieve their real estate goals.

My journey began when I moved from South Florida to Tennessee in 1996, and Bradley County has been my home ever since. It’s where I raised four amazing children, and where I continue to build both my personal and professional life. Our family — including two horses, a loyal dog, and a cuddly cat — is an important part of my life, and family is at the heart of everything I do.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me outdoors enjoying nature or spending quality time with loved ones. I strive to bring that same warmth, care, and personal attention to every real estate relationship.

I graduated from T.R.E.E.S. Real Estate School and became licensed in Tennessee in 2003. I am a Multi-Million Dollar Producer, and when you work with me, you work directly with me — I never pass my clients off to someone else.

The REALTOR® Code of Ethics begins with the words, “Under all is the land.” That phrase has both professional and personal significance for me.

My parents were raised by sharecroppers in Mississippi. My father became a self-taught Master Carpenter, and he taught me at an early age that while structures can be changed by time or storms, the land remains. This lesson instilled in me a deep appreciation for land, property, and homeownership — and the importance of stewardship.

To me, real estate is about more than transactions. It’s about helping families build stability, legacy, and place in the world. You can depend on me to serve you with integrity, care, and professionalism.
